Bill Clinton and daughter Chelsea issued a joint statement, reported by Politico: “As some of you may have heard, Donna suffered a stroke this evening after [the Clinton Global Initiative]. Shalala, 74, served for eight years in the Clinton cabinet, and then moved on to a presidency position at the University of Miami. The Clinton Foundation, as WND has reported, has faced considerable fire in recent months over its charitable solicitations and receipts.
