Planned Parenthood trained workers to identify undercover journalists

A new video released on Tuesday by officials with Live Action shows how the abortion industry giant Planned Parenthood, when caught with employees making embarrassing statements about human trafficking and sex workers, promised to retrain its workers to watch for and report abuse.

However, instead of following through on a crackdown of statements from 2011 that seemed to allow and even encourage prostitution, it trained workers to identify and guard against undercover journalists and investigators.

Obviously unsuccessfully, as shown by the extended series of videos from 2015 that revealing top level Planned Parenthood executives lobbying for higher pay for the delivery of the body parts of unborn babies, an undercover investigation that prompted states to defund the organization, sponsors to pull support, and the current pending legislation in Congress that would withdraw some $500 million in tax money given to the abortionists annually.

Live Action, which produced the undercover videos from 2011 where individuals working at multiple Planned Parenthood clinics appeared to be expressing willingness to aid and abet underage sex-trafficking, released the new video online.

It “shows that Planned Parenthood lied to the media after employees were caught on camera attempting to aid and abet sex traffickers prostituting 14- and 15-year-old girls,” Live Action reported. “A former Planned Parenthood manager recently revealed that while the abortion giant claimed in 2011 that it was retraining thousands of staff to identify child sex traffickers, it instead trained them how to identify undercover journalists investigating its facilities.”

Live Action reported it “used public records requests to check the abortion chain’s claim that it had reported the suspected sex traffickers to authorities. The responses from law enforcement show that Planned Parenthood failed repeatedly to report the suspected crimes to local police departments, state police, or even child protective services.”

In the video, Ramona Trevino shared her experience running a Planned Parenthood operation during Live Action’s previous investigation.

Lila Rose, the chief of Live Action, notes that Trevino was working at Planned Parenthood while the earlier undercover investigations were done.

“I just blew it off,” Trevino said. “We don’t have anything to hide, so why are we so concerned about these undercover investigations?”

She continued, “Later on … all of that would change.”

The video features a clip of a CBS report showing “Planned Parenthood staffers all too eager to help purported teenage sex workers get abortions and contraception.”

One clip had a “pimp” talking with a Planned Parenthood worker: “Some of ’em are young, they’re kind of like – some are like, 15, 14 …”

That could involve criminal activity not just because of the prostitution, but because of their age.

But Planned Parenthood’s response back then? “Minors are always accepted without parental consent.”

That worker continues, “You never got this from me. Just to make all of our lives easier. If they’re 14 and under … just send ’em right there if they need an abortion.”

She circled information on a sheet of paper.

During that 2011 time frame, Live Action exposed eight Planned Parenthood clinic staffers at seven locations “willing to aid and abet child sex traffickers.”

Planned Parenthood’s chief, Cecile Richards, wrote to then-Attorney General Eric Holder on the issue. But she couldn’t even, in the letter, accurately locate the states where the situations developed. And the letter claimed that such incidents were reported to authorities.

“But through the Freedom of Information Act, Live Action contacted the state justice departments, police departments and child protective services in the states listed in Planned Parenthood’s letter, and only one of the five states visited by investigators, Arizona, had responsive records that any report had been made to authorities…”

Trevino explained that while Planned Parenthood “publicly” said they would retrain staff to watch for traffickers, actually what they did was assemble employees to train them to watch for undercover journalists.

Trevino reported she was told, on the issue of sex trafficking, “We’re not here to talk about that.”

She was told, “We are here to teach you how to identify if you’re being videotaped, or recorded, or entrapped in any way.”

At the time, Live Action had released more than a dozen hidden camera videos from 10 states showing “several alarming patterns of illegal Planned Parenthood activities including cover-up of sexual abuse of minors, the skirting of parental consent laws, citing unscientific and fabricated medical information to manipulate women to have abortions, and Planned Parenthood’s willingness to accept donations earmarked to abort African-American babies.”

The training to identify undercover journalists failed spectacularly.

During 2015, a group called the Center for Medical Progress went undercover to record Planned Parenthood executives and others in the abortion business about the profit in the trade in baby body parts.

Just recently, a congressional panel recommended a cutoff of public funds to the abortionists.

“The panel … recommends that Congress take actions to ensure good stewardship of taxpayer funds, including: defunding Planned Parenthood and ensuring that grants no longer available to Planned Parenthood are awarded to healthcare providers that provide comprehensive preventive healthcare for their patients and that do not perform abortions (that are not covered by Medicaid under the Hyde Amendment),” explains the final report of the Select Investigative Panel of the Energy & Commerce Committee.

The panel, headed by Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., reviewed information that had been uncovered by a series of undercover videos in 2015 that showed Planned Parenthood executives and others discussing the trade in the body parts of unborn babies.

Sold by vendors to researchers, the videos revealed the abortionists discussing their profits. One famously said, “I want a Lamborghini” to argue for higher payments. They also discussed how they could adjust abortion procedures to obtain the organs researchers wanted.

But profiting from such transactions and adjusting procedures for those reasons are violations of federal law.

The panel earlier referred a number of investigation subjects to prosecutors for possible criminal charges.

The videos were released by the Center for Medical Progress, which sent undercover investigators to Planned Parenthood and other location.

One of the videos showed an official admitting Planned Parenthood sells fully intact aborted babies.

In the first undercover video released by CMP, Deborah Nucatola of Planned Parenthood commented on crushing babies.

“We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact,” she said.

Rep. Brat: GOP has 9 Obamacare replacement plans

Congressional Republicans began the process to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act last week and U.S. Rep. Dave Brat, R-Va., says the party needs to keep moving with urgency toward fulfilling the GOP’s top campaign promise.

“We have a once-in-a-century opportunity for real to get this right. Medicare and Social Security are insolvent in 15 years if we don’t get this right. The kids will be left with nothing,” Brat, a former college economics professor, told WND and Radio America. “I taught those kids for 20 years at the college level. That’s why I got into this business, to make sure we get this right.

“We promised the American people this repeal and replace. It’s our No. 1 promise since 2010.”

Brat said some people are mistaken in believing that the votes Congress took last week already repealed the law.

“All we did last week was have the budget resolution vote. You have to have a budget to move forward on what’s called reconciliation,” Brat explained. “Reconciliation is what allowed Obamacare to be passed in the first place with just 51 votes in the Senate.”

He said, “Now Republicans are going to use the same reconciliation process to repeal and replace.”

Much of the talk on the GOP side centers on whether to have the repeal take effect in two or three years. Brat hopes it’s much sooner than that.

“Some folks are getting a little wobbly,” he said. “The problem with the two-year is that will occur as our re-election occurs. So politics is going to get mixed in with policy, and that’s never a good model to do what’s in the best interest of the country.”

He said waiting three years to trigger the repeal is an even worse idea since the 2020 presidential race will already be underway.

Brat said some congressional Republicans are getting skittish about moving so quickly and passing a repeal without a formal replacement attached.

“The details of that have not been worked out to put it mildly, so there’s a little angst from all sides on that,” he said. “What’s the repeal going to look like? What’s the time frame? Is it going to be done in two years or three years, and what’s the replacement?”

Brat dismisses claims by Democrats that repealing Obamacare will take coverage away from up to 30 million Americans, calling the claim “nonsense.”

“People are nervous about being left in the lurch. They shouldn’t be,” he said. “There’s all sorts of plans out there that show we’re actually going to end up with a better product.”

What is unsustainable, Brat said, is the soaring cost of health care for Americans right now. He said the typical family pays $17,000 in premiums a year for coverage while still confronting much higher deductibles. He is working with Sen. Jeff Flake, R-Ariz., on expanding health savings accounts. Brat said allowing people to choose simple catastrophic plans while building up their health savings accounts would provide peace of mind while also showing people the exorbitant cost of health care.

Brat also said ideas like allowing people to pool together can bring down costs.

As Republicans throw out different ideas, Democrats often allege that seven years after Obamacare was passed, Republicans still don’t have an alternative.

“The Democrats say we don’t have a plan. That’s true. We have nine of them,” said Brat, who doesn’t expect the GOP to take long in compiling a replacement.

He said it’s the Democrats who have their heads in the sand.

“The entitlements, Medicare and Social Security, are going insolvent and not a word from the Democrats’ side on these major issues, when the kids will end up with no systems whatsoever in 50 years,” Brat said. “Not a word, just crickets.”

But the start of the repeal and replace effort also has Republican critics. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky. and other Republican fiscal hawks are pointing out the budget used to trigger the reconciliation process blows a $9.7 trillion hole in the budget and adds greatly to an already out-of-control national debt.

Brat, who voted for the resolution, said Paul and his allies are technically correct.

“They’re right. We chose the current CBO baseline, and it blows huge holes in the budget,” Brat said. “I think that was done to offer the Senate a little bit of latitude to get the vote right here.”

But Brat, a member of the House Budget Committee, said GOP budgets will fix that in the coming months.

“We’re going to do another budget in four months, and that one will get back to normal balancing in 10 years, maybe sooner than that,”Brat said. “That’s the hope of some of us.”

Media cling to polling that’s far ‘from reality’

The legacy media is claiming that Donald Trump’s approval number among Americans is down to 40 percent just as his inauguration looms.

That would, the reports from ABC and others claim, make him “the most unpopular incoming president since at least Jimmy Carter.”

But critics of the pollsters’ agenda point out that these are the same experts who had Hillary Clinton ahead of Trump by 12 points in their polling only days before the Nov. 8 election, when Trump dominated the critical Electoral College vote total.

And they say the results all come from a cesspool of manipulated numbers, with influencing factors ranging from skewed population samples to outright intimidation and threats against anyone with the audacity to express support for Trump.

The issue reared its head again on Tuesday with a Drudge Report headline, “Bitter Media Play with Approval Polls,” which linked to a Zerohedge analysis that got right to the point.

It featured a note about the poll results, and then a comment from President-elect Donald Trump:

“The same people who did the phony election polls, and were so wrong, are now doing approval ratings polls. They are rigged just like before.”

But Americans have watched polling for years, and often considered it an indicator of the nation’s perspective.

Is there something different now?

Yes, according to Zerohedge.

First, there are the “oversamples.”

“In the month leaded up to the election on November 8th, we repeatedly demonstrated how the mainstream media polls from the likes of ABC/Washington Post, CNN and Reuters repeatedly manipulated their poll samples to engineer their desired results, namely a large Hillary Clinton lead (see ‘New Podesta Email Exposes Playbook For Rigging Polls Through ‘Oversamples” and ‘ABC/Wapo Effectively Admit To Poll Tampering As Hillary’s ‘Lead’ Shrinks To 2-Points’). In fact, just 16 days prior to the election an ABC/Wapo poll showed a 12-point lead for Hillary, a result that obviously turned out to be embarrassingly wrong for the pollsters,” the analysis revealed.

“But, proving they still got it, ABC/Washington Post and CNN are out with a pair of polls on Trump’s favorability this morning that sport some of the most egregious ‘oversamples’ we’ve seen. The ABC/Wapo poll showed an 8-point sampling margin for Democrats with only 23 percent of the results taken from Republicans… while the CNN poll showed a similar 8-point advantage for Democrats with only 24 percent respondents identifying as Republicans.”

In layman’s terms, it’s this: If you have many more Democrats responding to a poll than Republicans, especially on political issues, it’s not a surprise that more of those answering choose the result favored by Democrats.

“Of course, as we’ve repeatedly pointed out, these sampling mixes couldn’t be further from reality,” it said, citing a party affiliation measure that shows Republicans and Democrats in the nation within a few points.

Politico was one of the outlets accepting the polling results on their face, stating that the results are “a major break from recent presidential transitions.”

“Past presidents-elect have been catapulted to the White House by a surge of popular opinion – even those elected under contentious and controversial circumstances.”

The report claimed, “It’s a huge contrast from just eight years ago, when pre-inauguration CNN/ORC and ABC News/Washington Post polls pegged Obama’s approval rating at 84 percent and 80 percent, respectively.”

The report said Rep. Sean Duffy, R-Wis., of the Trump transition team, was given the poll results as fact, and still was able to point out the real problem.

“Listen, I think this has been a pretty combative relationship between Donald Trump and the press. And frankly, I think the press has been tougher on Donald Trump than most other president-elects. And as a president-elect, Donald Trump has been harder on the press,” he said. “What’s actually happening here is the public fight that Mr. Trump is having with CNN and other media groups is taking some skin off his poll numbers, and it’s gone down.”

In addition to the media organizations’ own bias, there also is the overt pressure from many quarters that portrays Trump supporters as evil, and even threatens them with death.

A series of examples have come out of the reporting on exactly which entertainers will appear at Trump’s inauguration.

Billboard reported Garth Brooks isn’t participating because of his own schedule, which suddenly demanded extra concerts through the weekend because of high ticket demands. But there were questions about whether those were the real reasons.

Billboard also said Jennifer Holliday had looked forward to performing, but then was attacked.

“It’s amazing because I’m not a person that gets a lot of attention or that seeks a lot of attention,” she said. “And I’ve spent all day yesterday and all last night reading all the terrible” messages to her.

TMZ’s report was more blunt, stating matter-of-factly that after Holliday “bailed,” “we’ve learned when her agent contacted the Inauguration Committee, he said the reasons was death threats.”

TMZ quoted a “rep,” for the performer, “It was all of those things. She wasn’t scared to perform. She didn’t want to put her family at risk based on the death threats and she also didn’t want to offend the LGBT community which was especially upset that a past ally would perform on a program with President-Elect Donald Trump.”

The stunning claim that there are those who would threaten a popular star with death for just performing at an event associated with Donald Trump was repeated, too.

The Daily Mail said opera star Andrea Bocelli dropped out of events because of … “death threats.”

The trashing of Trump supporters was building steam even before Hillary Clinton called them the “deplorables.”

Eventually, even the leftist New York Times, in a writing by Michael Lerner, a progressive rabbi, launched a headline: “Stop Shaming Trump Supporters.”

“The left has buttressed [an ideology of shaming people] by blaming white people as a whole for slavery, genocide of the Native Americans and a host of other sins, as though whiteness itself was something about which people ought to be ashamed. The rage many white working-class people feel in response is rooted in the sense that once again, as has happened to them throughout their lives, they are being misunderstood.”

“Democrats need to become as conscious and articulate about the suffering caused by classism as we are about other forms of suffering. We need to reach out to Trump voters in a spirit of empathy and contrition,” he wrote.

The Guardian also noted the attacks on Trump supporters.

Endorsing it.

Wrote Jessica Valenti, “Trump voters sure are sensitive lately. They’re upset that the cast of the hit play Hamilton made a statement to Vice-President-elect Mike Pence, and that the audience booed him. They’re displeased that their vote is costing them relationships with family and friends. …

“Being socially ostracized for supporting Trump is not an infringement of your rights, it’s a reasonable response by those of us who are disgusted, anxious, and afraid. I was recently accused by a writer of ‘vote shaming’ – but there’s nothing wrong with being made to feel ashamed for doing something shameful.”

And the Peoples View blog, Spandan Chakrabarti wrote, “We have no reason to excuse a Trump voter. We have every reason to shame Trump supporters. It can work. It has worked.”

The writer cited a campaign of vicious attacks, both verbal and physical, on voters in California who eight years ago voted to define marriage in the state constitution as between one man and one woman.

Those attacks, the writer explained, contributed to changing the public opinion about homosexual “marriage.”

The author cited the case of a restaurant owner who lost the business because a manager and hostess donated $100 to the campaign supporting traditional marriage.

“Shaming is not about trying to change the minds of the most ardent supporters of a candidate or of a cause. Shaming is about making it clear that there will be consequences to one’s hate. Shaming is about shaking the confidence of those who weren’t sure of their votes to begin with and with whom arguments of justice resonate, even if it didn’t resonate enough in a given election,” the article explained.

Slate at one point said flatly, “There is no such thing as a good Trump voter,” and Real Clear Politics said, “Trump supporters deserve to be vote-shamed.”

Just weeks before the election, Trump bashed the polling results.

Trump charged at the time, “They are phony polls put out by phony media,” because they are trying “to suppress the vote. This way people don’t go out and vote.”

There also might have been evidence to support Trump’s contention that polls showing him badly trailing, or trailing at all, may be a mirage.

After all, that was when an ABC/Washington Post poll showed the Democratic presidential candidate had suddenly jumped to a double-digit lead.

Then, a Democratic email was leaked that seemingly showed how to manipulate poll results.

The report said virtually all major polls interview more Democrats than Republicans, even though in “the most recent national survey on voter allegiances, conducted by Gallup just after the 2014 midterm elections, more Americans actually side with the Republicans than the Democratic.”

The survey found 42 percent identified as or leaned toward the Republican Party, and 41 percent identified as Democrats or leaned toward Democratic.

There also was an email released by WikiLeaks, among the 17 batches of leaked emails from the files of Clinton campaign director John Podesta, that contained what looks like instructions on how to skew poll results by polling more Democrats than Republicans, or more left-leaning groups than right-leaning, in order to get the results Democrats desire.

Among Podesta’s emails was a chain containing one sent by a group called “The Atlas Project” to Democratic activist Tom Matzzie in 2008, outlining how to oversample polls.

The email from Matzzie sent on Jan. 10, 2008, reads:

“Hey, when can we meet? I also want to get your Atlas folks to recommend oversamples for our polling before we start in February. By market, regions, etc. I want to get this all compiled into one set of recommendations so we can maximize what we get out of our media polling.”

Ex-Black Panther: ‘John Lewis is an illegitimate congressman’

Former Black Panther Mason Weaver says U.S. Rep. John Lewis is a “civil-rights turncoat” who turned on his people and has “presided over the destruction of black America.”

Lewis, D-Ga., has made big news and received three days of coverage in the establishment media for calling Donald Trump an “illegitimate president” whose inauguration he plans to boycott. But he had his own words used against him by Weaver.

Lewis participated in numerous sit-ins and protests against the segregationist Jim Crow laws that were instituted by Democratic Party elites after the Civil War and were still in existence across the South in the 1960s.

But a lot has changed since then. And Weaver is calling Lewis an “illegitimate congressman” who needs to apologize to his people for his role in selling out the same black Americans he once helped to achieve basic rights.

Weaver made the fiery comments in an interview with Fox News host Tucker Carlson. He said Lewis is a “civil rights turncoat who’s collaborating with the Democrat Party to oppress black America.”

The way Weaver sees it, in the late 1960s and early ’70s, black people were demonstrating and protesting for the right to participate in society as adult citizens of America.

“We were not demonstrating to be taken care of,” he said.

As a young man in 1965, Lewis led a civil rights march over the Edmond Pettus bridge in Selma, Alabama. He had his skull fractured but got up and continued leading the march.

Lewis’ own website calls him a “genuine American hero.”

Weaver doesn’t disagree that he made a heroic stand on that bridge in 1965. It’s what he’s done since then that Weaver believes is tantamount to a betrayal.

“They and ran over him, but those were Democrats. It was Democrat George Wallace who stood in the school house yard, it was Democrats Bull Conner that oppressed folks [in Birmingham], it was Democrats who voted for the litmus test and the poll tax. He was fighting Democrats. But after Democrats beat his behind on that bridge and ran over him and stomped him into the ground, he got up and joined them. He joined the oppressors and became a stooge for them. And he is now sitting and presiding over the destruction of the black community, the destruction of the black man, the destruction of the black woman with drugs and gangs.

“He has presided over the worst school system in the world, where black people are learning only to be gang-prepped.

“So I’m outraged that the demonstration he had earlier in his life has turned to a subjugation of his right to authority as a black leader.”

Lewis lied, and Trump calls him out

Meanwhile, Lewis was caught spinning the Trump boycott beyond what is truthful. He told NBC’s Chuck Todd on “Meet the Press” Sunday that the Trump inauguration “will be the first that I miss since I’ve been in Congress.”

Politifact has already exposed that as a lie, reporting that Lewis also boycotted the inauguration of George W. Bush in 2001, because he “doesn’t believe believe Bush was the true-elected president,” according to a Washington Post article at the time.

Since Lewis’ boycott of the Trump inauguration was announced, 50 other Democrat congressmen jumped on the boycott bandwagon. Some congressmen boycotted the inaugurations of Presidents Nixon and George W. Bush, but nothing approaching these numbers.

Trump seized on Lewis’ doublespeak with two tweets Tuesday, before telling NBC News the Georgia congressman was “caught in a very bad lie.”

So it appears that any incoming Republican president will be challenged to meet Lewis’ definition of a legitimate president.

Yet Weaver accuses Lewis has personally benefited from pushing the Democratic Party line while his constituents languish in poverty.

Carlson asked Weaver to clarify what he meant by Lewis “presiding” over a failed system for blacks. Was this a reference to Lewis’ congressional district in the Atlanta area, which is riddled with crime-infested neighborhoods and street gangs, or something else?

“Not just his congressional district but the congressional Black Communist Caucus that has demonstrated everything they own and control is a ghetto hell hole, it’s a place no one wants to go to,” Weaver said.

“They’re in control of every inner-city school system, every inner-city police department, every inner-city jail. They have produced nothing but drugs and misery,” he added. “Black-owned businesses, black-owned housing has been reduced. They have presided over the destruction of black people. They should be ashamed of themselves, and I don’t understand how any black person can be a Democrat.”

Weaver said Lewis has “done nothing” to alleviate the squalid, depressing conditions of inner-city America.

“John Lewis, bless his heart, you know it took courage to do what he did in early life. What he is doing now, he has turned himself to his enemy. Like a little girl being beaten by daddy joins daddy, like a woman being beaten by her husband, she has joined the husband. He has joined the enemy. He has joined the oppressor.”

And does Weaver, the ex-Black Panther, advise Lewis to do in the latter years of his life?

“If you’re a real man John Lewis, if you’re a real, real hero, you will stand up tomorrow morning and you will look at the American people and you apologize,” Weaver said. “You have led to these decades of hell. You should apologize and say you made a mistake. Say you tried to work with them, but the Democrat Party has always been the party of abuse, always been the party of the Klan, the party that went to war to keep slaves, the party that has always been for the destruction of black people.

“Mr. Lewis, you have presided over the destruction of black people, and you owe us an apology. He’s more concerned about Trump being the illegitimate president, but John Lewis is the illegitimate congressman.”

Carlson then asked another question.

“So you don’t believe John Lewis is doing this on purpose or that other members of the Congressional Black Caucus are doing this on purpose do you?”

“You know, that’s why I love you Tucker. You’re so kind. But I know that you hate BS, so I’m gonna tell you. All I’ve seen is that he has gotten rich, and his people have gotten poorer. The Black Caucus has gotten more power and influence, and the black people they are presiding over have gotten poorer. More drugs, more gangs, less businesses, less home ownership, less education, more jail, more drugs.”

Weave then made an analogy everyone could relate to.

“Now if you did that in your job, you’d be fired. If you did that anyplace else, you’d be fired. The worse off black people are, the poorer we are, the stronger the Congressional Black Caucus has become, and more powerful Democrats are, the worse off black people are. So, just looking around at my country, I’m saying that every place you find black people and Democrats, you find poverty. Now I’m waiting for someone to say I’m wrong. But you find a disgrace, you find a delegation, you find no jobs, you find a place that’s totally unlivable. That’s his legacy.”

Anti-Trump hysteria builds ahead of inauguration

Re-counting the votes didn’t change the outcome, convincing Electoral College electors to go rogue fizzled, blaming the Russians has had no real effect, but now, amid renewed cries by the left that Donald Trump was not legitimately elected, more than 50 House Democrats have declared they will not attend the inauguration Friday.

Along with alleged Russian interference in the election, Democrats and their progressive allies have complained of what they describe as divisive and troubling Trump policies that prevent them from acknowledging the legitimacy of Trump’s presidency. Then, when Trump reacted strongly to Democrat Rep. John Lewis’ statement in an interview with NBC’s “Meet the Press” broadcast Sunday that Trump’s victory was illegitimate, the number of Congress members skipping the inauguration spiked, the Washington Post reported.

Trump tweeted that Lewis, a prominent civil rights activist in the 1950 and ’60s, is “all talk, talk, talk” and should “finally focus on the burning and crime infested inner-cities.”

One of the congressional boycotters, Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., told MSNBC’s Chris Matthew that impeachment proceedings against Trump should commence even before he is in office because, among other things, she claimed, Russia gave Trump the “crooked Hillary” slogan he used to defeat the Democratic Party candidate.

Referring to the inauguration, Waters, said she “never contemplated even going near any of those activities or those events.”

“I don’t like the way he has misled people, the way he has lied. I don’t like the way he’s disparaged folks,” she said.

“I don’t honor him, I don’t respect him, and I don’t want to be involved with him,” Waters said.

Rep. Karen Bass, D-Calif., ran a Twitter poll asking whether she should attend the inauguration. She announced Tuesday she won’t attend after declaring the poll closed with 84 percent of respondents saying she should boycott.

The Trump team said it will give away the tickets of Democrats who won’t attend the inauguration.

“We’d love for every member of Congress to attend but if they don’t, we’ve got some great seats for others to partake in,” Trump transition spokesman Sean Spicer told reporters Tuesday. “It’s a shame that these folks don’t want to be part of the peaceful transfer of power.”

WND reported Monday an undercover video of leftists meeting in Washington, D.C., exposed a plot to use foul-smelling butyric acid to disrupt the “Deploraball” event in honor of Trump’s inauguration.

The video released by James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas showed the DC Anti-Fascist Coalition already had scouted the National Press Club building, and members were confident they could release acid there “with no negative consequences for our side, nor any collateral damage.” ZeroHedge later reported a member of the coalition who appears in the video, Luke Kuhn, made a number of Internet posts online advocating for the legalization of pedophilia while a member of the Utopian Anarchist Party in the late 1990s.

The Hill reported gun-control advocates plan to protest policies supported by Trump during the Women’s March on Washington on Saturday, asserting gun violence “disproportionately affects women.”

“The NRA leadership’s agenda is a threat to women everywhere,” said a spokesman for former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s group, Everytown for Gun Safety.

“Their leadership has a history of misogyny and the policies they back make it easy for domestic abusers to get their hands on guns.”

Establishment media outlets, meanwhile, cast a decidedly negative view of the upcoming Trump administration:

The Washington Post’s opinion section also was full of bad news about Trump.

Variety’s inauguration cover features filmmaker Michael Moore and former Obama “green jobs czar” Van Jones, who resigned in controversy over his radical activism.

‘Destruction of black America’

Trump on Tuesday accused Lewis of falsely claiming in the NBC interview it would be the first inauguration he has missed. The president-elect tweeted Lewis “boycotted Bush 43 also because he ‘thought it would be hypocritical to attend Bush’s swearing-in,” contending Bush was not legitimately elected.

A Lewis spokesman admitted Lewis did not attend Bush’s first inaugural, saying he forgot about it, as “it was almost 20 years ago.”

Mason Weaver, a former Black Panther, turned the tables on Lewis Monday night in an interview with the Fox News Channel’s Tucker Carlson, calling the Georgia Democrat an “illegitimate congressman.”

He accused Lewis of enriching himself during his 30 years in Congress while presiding over the “destruction of black America.”

“He has gotten rich, people have gotten poor. The Black Caucus has got more power and influence, and the black people they preside over has gotten poor. More drugs, more gangs, less business, less home ownership, less education, more jail, more drugs,” Weaver said.

“Now if you did that in your job, you’d be fired. If you did that anyplace else, you’d be fired.”

Weaver said the “worse black people are, the poorer we are, the stronger the Democratic Caucus is.”

“The more powerful Democrats are, the worse black people are,” he said.

“Everyplace you find black people and Democrats, you find poverty.”

‘100 days of action’

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is using his official mayoral Twitter account to promote a protest march scheduled for Thursday outside of the Trump International Hotel at Columbus Circle in New York City to launch “100 days of action” against President Trump.

De Blasio tweeted: “I’m rallying at Trump Int’l Hotel at 6PM on Jan. 19 because our next president needs to hear from all NYers before he takes office. Join us.”

In another tweet he said: “Let’s begin 100 days of action for our values. As Lincoln once said, here in NYC, let us have faith that RIGHT makes MIGHT.”

The mayor specified one of the protesters’ concerns is the fate of the Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare, which Trump and the Republican leadership in Congress have vowed to repeal and replace with a new plan.

“Our next president must remember that thousands of NYers’ lives rely on the ACA. That’s a message I’ll bring to Trump Int’l Hotel Jan. 19th,” he wrote.

Twitchy.com, the conservative Twitter-oriented news site, said it looks like de Blasio is using taxpayer resources to promote the protest.

Also attending the march are Rev. Al Sharpton, Moore, and actors Mark Ruffalo and Alec Baldwin.

“We are sending a message to Washington that we will fight, at every step, discrimination and harmful policies, today, tomorrow and every day,” Ruffalo said in a statement.

He said participants “are coming together to stand up for one another, as we will do every day, to protect the values we hold dear.”

WNBC-TV in New York City said the demonstration also aims to spotlight actions that cities can take, such reducing carbon dioxide emissions.

The activists are concerned that Trump’s choice for Environmental Protection Agency administrator, current Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt, has questioned the scientists who claim man-made emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases are causing catastrophic global warming.

One entertainment figure taking a contrary stance on the transition of power is self-declared “Hollywood conservative” Chuck Woolery.

The game-show host tweeted: “#Communists and #Marxists in this country always celebrate when #Democrats take over and March in protest when #Republicans take power.”

Video: ‘Throat-punching,’ ‘blockades’ to disrupt Trump inaugural

James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas on Tuesday released a second video it assembled during undercover discussions with a series of individuals who are explaining their plans to disrupt Donald Trump’s inauguration as president on Friday.

And they included details like blockading streets, disrupting train traffic, “throat-punching” as appropriate and other “civil disobedience,” including some that they openly boast may be cause for arrests.

It comes just a day after Project Veritas released the first in the series, where leftists were filmed meeting in Washington, D.C., about a well-advanced plot to use foul-smelling butyric acid to disrupt the “Deploraball” event in honor of the inauguration.

The first video showed a rabidly anti-Trump coalition already had scouted the National Press Building, and members were confident they could release acid there “with no negative consequences for our side, nor any collateral damage.”

The video exposing the plot includes statements from several members of the group DC Anti-fascist Coalition, which is allied with other far-left groups plotting to prevent Trump’s inauguration as president.

Project Veritas said the group plotted to deploy butyric acid at the National Press Club during the Deploraball event scheduled for Thursday.

“The meeting, captured on hidden camera, was held at Comet Ping Pong, a DC pizza restaurant that is better known as the location of the Pizzagate controversy,” Project Veritas said. “The coalition members discuss the steps they would need to take to halt the Deploraball event.”

Project Veritas said it notified the FBI, Secret Service and D.C. Metro Police of the contents of the video prior to its release.

Officials from Project Veritas said the second video reveals leaders of “the DisruptJ20 movement and various affiliated fringe groups actively plotting criminal activities to disrupt President-Elect Donald Trump’s inauguration.”

The organization reported, “These activities likely violate multiple criminal laws.”

The videos come from “several DisruptJ20 meetings throughout Washington, D.C., and one in Brooklyn, New York. DJ20 organizer Legba Carrefour, on January 8 at a DJ20 Spokes Council meeting expressed plans to block all major points of ingress to the District of Columbia by highway, bridge, and Metro Rail. In a conversation between him and another organizer, he explained a plan to chain trains at Metro Center, Gallery Place and L’Enfant Plaza.”

He said, “So we figured out this, the trains pull up, one person is going to lock one end of a chain to an edge, and on the other end of the chain the end of the car…done. It takes 15 seconds and everyone can leave and literally it can’t go anywhere at that point, it’s anchored. If I were to hit Metro Center, Gallery Place, and L’Enfant Plaza, they are all close enough to walk to and that’s every single line in the city.”

Another comment came from DisruptJ20 organizers Eric Sheptock, who said, “So, we want to encourage you all to give to the poor and the homeless. Go right down to 2nd and D, help us to block the … vehicle traffic and the pedestrian traffic flowing in the inauguration. And set up tables, food, give out whatever right there, there 2nd and D a block from either direction and help to block traffic.”

Project Veritas reported, “On January 15, at a DJ20 Action Training Camp, the Smash Racism Co-Founder Mike Isaacson classified all Trump supporters as Nazis. When asked what to do when confronted with a Nazi that was loudly shouting their beliefs, he insisted that his volunteers punch them in the throat.”

The organization explained, “DisruptJ20 is a coalition of multiple leftist organizations including Industrial Workers of the World, the Metropolitan Anarchist Coordinating Council, Refuse Fascism, Smash Racism DC, and the D.C. Anti-Fascist Coalition.”

Topless, ‘sextremist’ feminists grab Trump statue’s crotch

(BREITBART) — Topless, feminist activists have overrun the unveiling of a wax statue of President-Elect Donald J. Trump in Spain, screaming “grab patriarchy by the balls”.

The protestors, from the infamous Ukrainian group FEMEN, grabbed the statue in the crotch area at the event at the Wax Museum of Madrid on Tuesday.

The activist group claimed responsibility for the protest on Twitter, saying: “FEMEN just grabbed Trump’s statue by the balls in Madrid.”

Fox News superstar to be on Trump’s Supreme Court?

Judge Andrew Napolitano was spotted for a second time at Trump Tower Tuesday morning, leading to speculation that President-elect Donald Trump may be considering the judge for a position on the U.S. Supreme Court.

Napolitano, a former New Jersey Superior Court judge and Fox News senior judicial analyst, is a favorite commentator in conservative and libertarian circles. After he emerged from an elevator at Trump Tower Tuesday, several blogs, including one published by former Rep. Allen West, began speculating about Napolitano’s meeting with Trump.

“Trump might be seeking advice from the libertarian analyst — and maybe, just maybe he might be considering the Fox analyst for a Supreme Court position,” wrote PJ Media’s Tyler O’Neil. “While Napolitano is not one of the 21 names on Trump’s SCOTUS list, anything is possible.”

Matt Palumbo at Allen West’s blog added, “If he’s not in consideration for what will be the most contested appointment Trump makes, he’s undeniably going to be influential in picking who that person is.”

After the meeting, Napolitano told Fox Business’ Stuart Varney, “The president-elect is focusing on his choices, or his choice, for the Supreme Court of the United States.”

Napolitano continued, “We discussed the judicial attitudes, judicial temperament, judicial ideology and candidates for the court.”

Trump has promised to pick a candidate that shares the late Justice Antonin Scalia’s faithfulness to the U.S. Constitution and conservatism.

As WND reported, his rumored top choice is William Pryor, a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit since 2004. WND CEO and Editor Joseph Farah recently advised Trump against nominating Pryor in his daily column, calling the judge an “establishment hack.” Farah cited Pryor’s 2003 prosecution of then-Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore for violating judicial ethics after Moore pledged to display a Ten Commandments monument at a state judicial building in Montgomery.

Farah noted that the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 2015 that a Ten Commandments monument on the grounds of the Texas State Capitol was constitutional and that the U.S. Supreme Court chamber itself has a display of the Ten Commandments on the ceiling.

“Does anyone, Donald Trump included, think Antonin Scalia would hold that Judge Roy Moore should have been removed from office for displaying the Ten Commandments?” farah asked. “If not, then we should agree that the man who prosecuted Roy Moore for defying that illegal federal court order as a judicial ethics violation is hardly worthy of replacing him on the high court.”

Obama commutes Chelsea Manning’s jail term

() — WASHINGTON — President Obama on Tuesday largely commuted the remaining prison sentence of Chelsea Manning, the army intelligence analyst convicted of an enormous 2010 leak that revealed American military and diplomatic activities across the world, disrupted the administration, and made WikiLeaks, the recipient of those disclosures, famous.

The decision by Mr. Obama rescued Ms. Manning, who twice tried to commit suicide last year, from an uncertain future as a transgender woman incarcerated at the male military prison at Fort Leavenworth, Kan. She has been jailed for nearly seven years, and her 35-year sentence was by far the longest punishment ever imposed in the United States for a leak conviction.

Now, under the terms of Mr. Obama’s commutation announced by the White House on Tuesday, Ms. Manning is set to be freed on May 17 of this year, rather than in 2045.

Elites around the world fear they’re losing control

Growing populism throughout the world has the global elite scrambling to find new ways to push their agenda on the masses.

The outcome of the Brexit vote followed by Donald Trump’s election to the White House has world elites trying to understand why, despite their control over mass media and various influential think tanks, voters are turning against their plans for globalization.

The World Economic Forum, which holds an annual meeting for political and business elites each year in Davos, Switzerland, is even planning a special meeting this year in the U.S. to formulate a response to Trump’s victory.

As Bloomberg reported:

The organization will convene a special meeting in Washington this year to discuss issues raised during the president-elect’s campaign and the populist wave that swept him to victory, WEF founder Klaus Schwab told Bloomberg Television on Sunday. The gathering will explore U.S. investment and job-creation opportunities for companies that participate in the forum, he said.

“It’s very natural that with the new administration we plan a major event in the U.S. to see what are the implications of the new president and how the business community could engage,” Schwab said in advance of the forum’s 47th annual meeting in the Swiss ski resort of Davos. “We have to be responsive to the call.”

Schwab blames growing populist discontent with the plans mapped out by the world’s powerbrokers on a “silent fear” that he and his elitist allies claim threaten the progress of developing a “global village” to solve world problems.

One of the major reasons global elites are losing influence is a massive lack of trust in the governments and other institutions they’ve long manipulated.

The Guardian reported Tuesday that government officials in more than 40 nations are currently working to regain control of information as the internet makes it increasingly easier for their populations to distribute their own ideas and objections regarding government policy.

Not surprisingly this is leading to a simultaneous public loss of respect for many traditional media outlets willing to serve as government megaphones. This is something we witnessed firsthand in the U.S. during the 2016 election.
