(WCCO-TV) The president of the Minneapolis Police union says the officers involved in the fatal shooting of Jamar Clark are vindicated after a federal investigation cleared them of any wrongdoing.
Lt. Bob Kroll spoke at a press conference Wednesday afternoon, where he blasted Mayor Betsy Hodges and Minneapolis City Council members Alondra Cano, Cam Gordon and Lisa Bender for creating what he called a “dangerous and unproductive atmosphere.”
He also said they were “contributing to the disruption and takeover of the 4th Precinct” in the aftermath of the November shooting.
