From Dallas to D.C. — and most points in between — it’s time for a look back at the week that was. Personal Liberty Digest® presents: The WIRE!
Bubba has a Come to Jesus meeting with Attorney General Lynch, Hillary skates just afterwards and we’re supposed to believe all they talked about was “golf and grandkids?”
I just reminded her what golf clubs can do to grandkids. Safety first!”
Hillary did soften the blow, saying she’d look to keep on Lynch if she won.
And Lynch wants to keep on breathing.
FBI Director James Comey announced the decision not to prosecute Nana at a bizarre press conference in which he pretty much laid out a case to lock her up.
Unless that server moved into the bathroom on its own.
Comey told Congress that he thinks Nana isn’t “sophisticated enough” to pull off something like that on purpose.
So, she’s not a criminal, she’s an idiot? Just what we need in a president.
Turns out John Edwards was sorta right. There are two Americas. Ours and hers.
Mostly hers.
Democrats were quick to defend Hillary, claiming her actions didn’t warrant such heavy scrutiny, much less prosecution.
Come on, guys! It’s not like she illegally downloaded a Metallica album or something.
Now that Hillary has evaded justice, the State Department announced they’re re-opening a probe into her communication violations. No doubt they’ll have top men on it.
Top. Men.
Hillary tried to change the subject, attacking Donald Trump’s economic record while standing in front of an abandoned former Trump property in Atlantic City.
Throw in some RPGs and dead bodies and that kinda looks like Benghazi… or maybe Detroit.
The old girl also said that her cabinet would be made up of 50 percent women.
After the last 7 1/2 years, I’d settle for 50 percent competent.
Democrats made time to give Bernie Sanders a Bronx cheer, booing him when he suggested improving Americans’ lives should be more important than protecting Hillary from justice.
Poor old guy must have forgotten who he was talking to.
President Obama pitched in for Nana, claiming at a Hillary campaign event that she’s the “most qualified candidate since Thomas Jefferson.”
What does that make him, other than dumb enough to let Nana’s people write his lines for him?
Senate Democrats blocked bills like “Kate’s Law” this week, protecting violent illegal aliens like the repeatedly-deported one who murdered Kate Steinle.
The killer only needs one more deportation and he qualifies for a free Obamaphone!
During a press tour for his upcoming shoot-em-up film, actor Matt Damon said that the government should just confiscate everyone’s guns like they did in Australia. Just because Jason Bourne can defend himself with a rolled-up magazine and a toaster doesn’t mean the rest of us can, genius.
Coming soon: toaster control, with a 5-day waiting period to “leggo my eggo.”
Trouble for the global warmists as new data indicates the planet is actually undergoing a cooling phase; meaning their theory is likely wrong — again. The only thing that’s skyrocketing are the warmists’ costs, since now they have to change all their bumper stickers again.
Why not use the stuff from the last time you called it “global cooling?” I thought you guys were all about being “green?”
Another week of police killing black men has the usual suspects crying racism, notably including the Democrat Party.
If “all” cops are racist, then why do you want them to be the only guys with guns?
And finally, apparently spurred by the left’s violent, anti-police rhetoric, terrorists murdered multiple police officers Thursday night in what appears to have been a coordinated attack, using the “Black Lives Matter” protest as cover.
Happy now?
And that’s your week in review! For the Personal Liberty Digest®, I’m Ben Crystal saying “See you next week, on The WIRE!”
