Hillary swears never any classified info on server

One of Hillary Clinton’s repetitive themes during her entire email scandal is she neither sent nor received classified information on her non-secure private server while she was secretary of state.

For example, during a March 2015 press conference she stated, “[W]hen I got to work as secretary of state, I opted for convenience to use my personal email account, which was allowed by the State Department, because I thought it would be easier to carry just one device for my work and for my personal emails instead of two. Looking back, it would’ve been better if I’d simply used a second email account and carried a second phone, but at the time, this didn’t seem like an issue. … I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email. There is no classified material. So I’m certainly well-aware of the classification requirements and did not send classified material.”

The ‘Stop Hillary’ campaign is on fire! Join the surging response to this theme: ‘Clinton for prosecution, not president’

Free Beacon has documented 22 separate times Clinton made similar claims, across multiple press outlets, since the email scandal blew up last year:

However FBI director James Coney contradicted her assertions on Tuesday. “These [classified] chains involved Secretary Clinton both sending e-mails about those matters and receiving e-mails from others about the same matters,” he stated. “There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation.”

Comey continued, “None of these e-mails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is especially concerning because all of these e-mails were housed on unclassified personal servers not even supported by full-time security staff, like those found at Departments and Agencies of the U.S. Government – or even with a commercial service like Gmail.”

On Tuesday, Comey announced the FBI will not recommend the Department of Justice bring any criminal charges against Clinton over her email scandal.

“Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case,” he said, since there was “no clear evidence” Clinton or her colleagues intended to break the law. Comey did concede they were “extremely careless” in their handling of classified information.

Free Beacon notes, “Hopefully, this SuperCut will clear up any more notions that Clinton was telling the truth about her email server at any point over the past 15 months.”

Army Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely previously told WND that a 2011 email in which Hillary Clinton instructed an aide to remove the security headers on classified information and forward it to her unsecure smartphone set a precedent for the handling of similar information over the next year-and-a-half until she left office.

“It certainly shows a trend or a way for them to do their own business [that] they felt would be under the radar,” Vallely said, referring to five or six close Clinton assistants and advisers.

Vallely noted the Russians and Chinese have been hacking into U.S. computer systems for years, meaning Clinton effectively could have been aiding and abetting enemies.
