(THE HILL) Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz on Tuesday said there is a “war” between the United States and “radical Islam,” in the aftermath of a Brussels terrorist attack that killed at least 34.
“Radical Islam is at war with us,” Cruz said in a Facebook post that criticized President Obama, accusing him of refusing “to acknowledge this reality.”
Cruz said that if elected president, “we will name our enemy – radical Islamic terrorism.”
