Beck goes ballistic on John Kasich

Gov. John Kasich

Gov. John Kasich

Conservative radio host and pundit Glenn Beck came out hard against John Kasich in a recent broadcast, slamming the Ohio governor for his arrogance and for his perceived fantasy-land way of thinking his home state ballot win has sparked new campaign momentum.

Beck, who’s been a supporter of Sen. Ted Cruz, and outspoken opponent of Donald Trump, made the comments on Kasich in context of discussing how he was harming the election process for the Republican contenders who could actually win, and in so doing, wrecking “the republic,” he said.

As Mediaite reported, co-host Pat Gray reacted to Kasich’s back-pat of his win in Ohio by saying: “Can you believe the delusional nature of this guy?”

Beck said Kasich’s self-congratulatory response to his Ohio win was rooted in “arrogance” and that history may very well paint him as “a guy who possibly destroyed the republic,” Mediaite reported.

Minutes later, Beck then compared the seeming narcissism of Kasich to that of Trump, and said this about the governor: “Excuse my language, but you son of a b–tch, the republic is at stake.”
