To the elites walking the corridors of power in the District of Criminals, people are expendable. People to them are considered as little more than lab rats, if they are considered at all. They are as plentiful as plastic spoons, and much easier disposed of (ashes to ashes; dust to dust).
The U.S. government — the military in particular – has a long history of using not just its enlisted personnel, but unsuspecting Americans as guinea pigs in experiments with the latest warfare technologies under consideration. Evidently it’s not enough to simply slaughter people (women and children included) in other countries in wars of adventurism and empire on behalf of banksters and crony corporations. The latest weaponry must first be tried out here at home to determine its effectiveness.
This history, some of which I’ve outlined before, includes infecting prisoners with pathogens, biological warfare (spraying bacteria over American cities and releasing disease-infected mosquitoes in highly populated areas of the U.S.), spraying unsuspecting military personnel with biological and chemical agents, and conducting radiological experiments on the poor, sick, mentally disabled and some conscientious objectors.
A new report by the nonprofit organization Truthout.org has unveiled the military’s latest front in its war on American citizens. The war is being carried out in Washington State’s Olympic National Forest region where the U.S. Navy is conducting electromagnetic warfare training and experimentation.
Freedom of Information Act requests by an Oregon-based author and activist have uncovered emails indicating the Navy has been secretly driving mobile electromagnetic warfare emitters in the national forest and in areas adjacent to Olympic National Park for at least six years. Neither local nor state elected officials were notified. Additionally, the emails reveal plans to fly electromagnetic emitter-equipped planes at low altitudes over the region in an anticipated 2,900 training exercises lasting up to 16 hours per day, 260 days per year with no end date mentioned. It also has plans to install towers with electromagnetic radiation signal emitters for the planes to locate during exercises.
Electromagnetic radiation, according to Naval medical studies, cause a myriad of health problems in humans including corneal damage, tubular degeneration of testicles, brain heating, sterility, altered penile function, death, cranial nerve disorders, seizures, convulsions, depression, insomnia, chest pain, and even sparking between dental fillings. Other research conducted by the U.S. Air Force, NASA and independent researchers and scientists have confirmed these affects and found similar negative health impacts on animal life as well.
According to an uncovered email from Naval warfare Range Manager Kent Mathes, as Truthout reports:
[I]f the Navy gets its way, there will be 275 “events” per year, between the mobile emitters and ships at sea. (This information is not mentioned in any public documents.) The definition of “event” is not clear, but according to other Navy documents, a single event can last from a few minutes to several days. If combined, the total number of events for the Olympic, Okanogan-Wenatchee and Colville National Forests will be over 5,000.
[Navy contractor Gerald] Sodano also stated the Navy’s intent to drive the mobile emitters “on existing roads and trails throughout the Olympic Peninsula,” and “all through most of the region as well as outside the geographic confines of the MOAs (Military Operating Areas) to optimize and vary training scenarios.”
This means that while the Navy has been under widespread and growing public pressure against its proposed electromagnetic warfare training on the Olympic Peninsula starting this year, it has in fact already been secretly conducting training for at least five years in the Olympic National Forest and on public roads across the entire Olympic Peninsula.
In an interview with the Peninsula Daily News, Sodano admitted that 15 minutes of exposure to the radiation emitted by the Navy’s electromagnetic warfare trucks could damage the liquid tissue of the eye.
Despite the health concerns from the electromagnetic radiation and outcry from local residents now that they are learning about the Navy’s activities, the U.S. Forest Service indicates it will issue the necessary permits to allow the Navy to use the forest roads for its experiments.
