(DAILYMAIL) — A Mexican councillor has caused outrage after suggesting that homeless people should be culled by lethal injection.
Olga Gutierrez Machorro represents vulnerable groups in Tecamachalco, a suburb of Mexico City, which has a spiralling homelessness problem.
But while speaking at an event in the south-central Mexican state, she talked about how to help the homeless and disadvantage.
