(Fox Sports) It was announced a few days ago that legendary Indiana basketball coach Bobby Knight would be introducing Donald Trump at a rally ahead of the Indiana primary. And on Wednesday, there he was at Farmer’s Colisseum in his nicest v-neck sweater, heaping praise on the presidential hopeful.
With Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan giving a glowing speech in front of a crowd of 10,000-plus in New York last week, Knight is just the most recent of sports figures to publicly endorse Trump. Knight’s endorsement should also come as no surprise, considering the bad date phone call he gave Trump during an October interview with the New York Times.
