NEW YORK – A physician who believes Hillary Clinton is suffering a serious neurological disease that should disqualify her from being president suggests Hillary’s history of memory and recall difficulties, dating back to the 1990s and the Whitewater investigations, represent a serious threat to national security should she be elected president on Nov. 8.

“Either Hillary Clinton is suffering massive memory and recall dysfunction in which case her being president could represent a serious national security problem, or she is lying to Congress and various investigative bodies, including the FBI, as a strategy to avoid making self-incriminating statements, and that’s a federal felony,” said Dr. Daniel Kassicieh, D.O., a dual board-certified osteopathic neurologist and a leading headache specialist who directs the Florida Headache and Movement Disorder Center in Sarasota, Florida.

Speaking to WND by telephone, Kassicieh pointed out that Hillary’s memory loss was first evident during a press conference on Whitewater dating back to April 22, 1994.

“On at least five separate occasions during this 25 minute interview, Hillary states she does not remember or has ‘absolutely no memory of’ details about which she was questioned,” Kassicieh noted.

On Feb. 3, WND reported Washington-based watchdog Judicial Watch released 246 pages of previously undisclosed internal memos from Ken Starr’s Office of Independent Counsel investigation in 1998 showing prosecutors had evidence that Hillary Clinton and her associate Webb Hubbell at the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, were guilty of criminal fraud in the Whitewater affair.

Judicial Watch noted the newly released documents also show Clinton and Hubbell engaged in a criminal cover-up conspiracy that included destroying material documents and lying under oath to federal authorities. Their efforts, Judicial Watch said, were aimed at preventing the Whitewater affair from denying Bill Clinton the White House in 1992 and from derailing his presidency in its first term.

Hillary Clinton’s inability to remember was evident last week, when in response to the Judicial Watch written interrogatories authorized by U.S. Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, she answered that she didn’t recall 20 times and the word “object” or “objection” occurred 84 times.

Concussion induced loss of memory function?

As WND reported Feb. 12, Kassicieh has long suspected the concussion Hillary Clinton suffered in December 2012 that led to a serious blood clot requiring hospitalization may also have caused her to suffer post-concussion syndrome, with symptoms including confusion, headaches, dizziness, and loss of memory.

“The available evidence suggests Hillary Clinton suffers from memory loss, lack of attention to detail, poor tolerance to confrontation, fatigue, exhaustion, lack of stamina, dizziness and gait unsteadiness, concentration problems and ‘brain freezes’ characterized by word finding difficulty. Patients suffering from this constellation of symptoms with a history of closed head injury are frequently diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome,” he stressed.

Kassicieh detailed for WND the many instances of Clinton experiencing memory loss that drew his attention.

“In her testimony before the House Benghazi hearing, Hillary repeatedly claimed not to remember specific details about events occurring during the weeks leading up to the Benghazi assault,” Kassicieh commented. “She also had poor recall, claiming to have ‘no recollection’ of events or conversations that occurred that tragic night of September 11, 2012,” he continued.

In total, Kassicieh counted over 60 non-responsive answers to direct questioning in which Hilary commented she did not remember.

“All this while she as the secretary of state, the highest ranking member of the cabinet and third highest official in the executive branch,” he stressed. “Hillary told the families of the American Benghazi victims that the killings were a result of an offensive YouTube video. This, despite Hillary sending an email to her daughter Chelsea confirming she knew the Benghazi attack was a terrorist attack.”

Kassicieh’s conclusion: “This severe level of amnesia is unacceptable for someone wanting to be president of the United States.”

Clinton testified to the FBI 40 times that she could not remember, including on key questions, such as whether she received any briefing or training by the State Department related to the retention of federal records or the handling of classified information, and whether she was aware she was an Original Classification Authority, OCA, in her capacity as secretary of state.

In the FBI documents released of Clinton’s interview, the agency specifically referenced Clinton’s concussion as a reason she could not recall important details regarding the State Department’s policies for using telecommunication devices in relation to her use a private server.

“Clinton stated she received no instructions or direction regarding the preservation or production of records from State during the transition out of her role as Secretary of State in early 2013,” the FBI report said. “However, in December of 2012, Clinton suffered a concussion and then around the New Year had a blood clot. Based on her doctor’s advice, she could only work at State for a few hours a day and could not recall every briefing she received.”

Kassicieh struggles to accept all these instances in which Clinton claimed not to remember were a result of an effort at self-protection, possibly even an attorney-advised step at evasion more effective pleading the Fifth Amendment in refusing to answer.

“Granted, some of these “memory lapses” may be attempts at self-protection, however, Hillary herself admits to suffering actual memory loss due to her concussion,” Kassicieh told WND. “I was equally surprised when Hillary claimed she had only one Blackberry and it turned out she had at least 13 different mobile communications devices. How does a person forget that?”

Huma Abedin put her concerns in writing

Kassicieh told WND he also considered important an email message dated Jan. 26, 2013, in which Clinton’s State Department aide Huma Abedin wrote to another Clinton aide, Monica Hanley, saying that Clinton was in bed for a nap by the time Hanley heard about an important call later that day.

Abedin counseled Hanley that it was “very important” that Hanley remind Clinton when she woke up about the scheduled phone call, commenting, “She’s often confused.”

Kassicieh said his conclusion that Clinton is suffering from a progressive neurological disease troubles him, given that Clinton could well be the next president of the United States.

“The position of President is an extremely high stress job in a high stress environment 24 hours a day, all year round,” he said, in conclusion.

“We, the American public, are seriously considering putting Hillary Clinton – a person with persistent forgetfulness, confusion, poor concentration and memory loss – in the White House as commander-in-chief?” he asked.

“This is the person who will be the face and voice of the United States of America for the next 4 years. One needs to ask: Is this really the best individual to rehabilitate the U.S. economy, to secure the borders and to guard against all enemies foreign and domestic?”
