(The Wrap) The man accused of destroying President-elect Donald Trump’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame could face up to three years in prison, a spokesman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office told TheWrap on Thursday.
James Otis was charged with one count of felony vandalism earlier in the day for allegedly destroying the star in October.
Otis is scheduled for arraignment on Friday.
