(USATODAY) — Adele is reminding America’s presidential candidates that none of them — not even her big fan Donald Trump — has her permission to use her music at their campaign rallies.
“Adele has not given permission for her music to be used for any political campaigning,” according to a statement emailed by her representative, Benny Tarantini, in New York.
This followed a similar statement issued by Adele’s representative in London to The Independent, which reported it under the headline, “Adele didn’t give Donald Trump permission to use her music at rallies.”
