(The Hill) Florida Rep. Alan Grayson (D) tells The Hill that he will file a lawsuit contesting Sen. Ted Cruz’s (Fla.) U.S. citizenship if the Texan wins the GOP’s presidential nomination.
Grayson says Cruz’s citizenship is a “legitimate issue.” Cruz was born in Canada to a Cuban father and American mother.
