(CBN) — The American Center for Law and Justice filed a federal lawsuit in Washington, D.C. Wednesday against the Department of Justice to acquire information about the meeting between Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former President Bill Clinton.
That meeting happened in June, days before FBI director James Comey decided not to recommend criminal charges after the agency investigated Hillary Clinton’s email practices as Secretary of State.
“The arrogance and inappropriate actions of the Obama Administration cannot go unchallenged and that is why we have gone to federal court today and filed this critical lawsuit,” said Jay Sekulow, chief counsel of the ACLJ. “This Administration has gone out of its way to hide information from the American public — information that is extremely troubling.”
