Hillary goes birther on Trump, shouts out Obama’s ‘birthplace’

During a campaign appearance with Barack Obama in Charlotte, North Carolina, Tuesday, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton intentionally re-opened the contested issue of where the president was born, firing a Twitter shot against her Republican opponent Donald Trump.

As part of her remarks about Obama, Mrs. Clinton tweeted out: “Someone who has never forgotten where he came from. And Donald, if you’re out there tweeting: It’s Hawaii.” –Hillary on @POTUS
The reference refers to Trump’s push during Obama’s first term to release his long-form birth certificate amid questions of his natural-born citizenship and constitutional eligibility to serve as U.S. president.
While the president claims he was born in Honolulu, there have been numerous questions, especially since a law-enforcement investigation by Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona, found “probable cause” that the birth certificate released by Obama was forged.
A photograph taken by the Kapi'olani Medical Center for WND shows a letter allegedly written by President Obama on embossed White House stationery in which he declares the Honolulu hospital to be "the place of my birth," The hospital, after publicizing the letter then refusing to confirm it even existed, is now vouching for its authenticity, but not its content. The White House has yet to verify any aspect of the letter.

In addition to her comment about Hawaii, Mrs. Clinton hit Trump on other issues.
“The world hangs on every word a president says, and Donald Trump is … temperamentally unfit to be our commander in chief,” she said.
“In America, we don’t tear each other down, we lift each other up. We build bridges, not walls.”
She heaped praise on Obama, saying, “He’s a statesman – leading not just our country but the entire world. This is a president who knows how to keep us safe and strong.
Obama told the crowd: “I’m here today because I believe in Hillary Clinton. I want you to help elect her as the next President of the United States.”
“There has never been any man or woman more qualified for this office than Hillary Clinton. That’s the truth,” he added.
Outside the event, some protesters from Christ Fellowship Church near Concord, North Carolina, held signs against Clinton.
“I want them to know Jesus, to repent, and I want them to be saved,” Pastor Ante Pavkovic told the Charlotte Observer, noting voters are “deluded and deceived if they are going to support these evil politicians.”
“We are protesting Hillary and Obama’s sins and actions that are not godly,” added protester Jeremy Kirwin.
