(DESMOINESREGISTER) — ANKENY, Ia. — Conservative radio host Glenn Beck came to a rally here Saturday to endorse one Republican presidential candidate while warning Iowans away from another.
In a move he said he has never made in 40 years as a broadcaster, Beck endorsed Texas Republican Ted Cruz.
He urged Iowans to back Cruz, saying they have more influence on who enters the White House than voters in almost any other state.
