Hillary’s new biometric ‘Health Security Card’

(I wrote and published this in The Bob Livingston Letter in October 1999. It has become pertinent again given Hillary Clinton’s standing as the presumptive nominee for the Democrats and the ongoing scandals over her emails and solicitations for funding the Clinton Foundation while secretary of state. It also provides a glimpse into the desire and abilities of government to collect data and spy on and track Americans even way back then.)

“As part of her campaign for national health insurance in 1993, First Lady Hillary Clinton proposed issuance of a ‘health security card’ that would guarantee every American basic health care. This initiative was thankfully defeated, but a private foundation funded development of the card and recently unveiled its prototype, the ‘healthcare passport.’ The ‘passport,’ now being tested by children in three cities, records inoculation records but has sufficient capacity to record their DNA typing, medical history and even financial information about their parents. The card also contains a tracking device. At a National Institute of Health presentation, a NIH official displayed a map of Denver in which every healthcare passport holder was pinpointed as a red dot. Remember that I said at the beginning of Bill Clinton’s sex scandal that he would not be impeached. There are and were many reasons. There are sex scandals all over Washington that if made public would curl your hair. But the main reasons for Bill’s security as President is that he is willing to do the will of powers behind the throne. He is first a politician and he could not care less about America and the American people.

Now you ain’t seen nothing yet. Wait till you get Hillary in power politics.

The average law-abiding American cannot begin to imagine how people will sell their very souls for political power and the graft that goes with it in America.
